I think it might be oneshot? I'm not sure. The story is about a boy who is back from the dead, the reason why is because a dragon(?) said that they did a mistake by taking his life too early and he got send back to the earth. There's also a girl chara with pigtails hair. I think he start to changed for some reason after that events and later finally confessed why to that girl when they are on ferry wheels i think

Gachiakuta is peak action, but if you're in the mood for romance then either Bead Master (if you want a fluff[ier] romance) or A Monster Wants to Eat Me (if you want an angsty romance).
I haven't read all of these but I'd go for Dorohedoro if you're into gore and comedy! It's slightly confusing at first but it gets very addicting after a few chapters.
