Sometimes it’s just viewers buying chapters and generously uploading them since there may not be any translators/uploaders. So I have no idea if this has a dedicated uploader/team. Most leave there info before or after the chapter so honestly if it was me personally I wouldn’t feel bad for uploading if they don’t do they because they haven’t stated otherwise. There may be others here with more info though hopefully for you
I think it's fine to upload bcz prev uploaders didn't leave any info if they're picking this up or just uploading the chp they hv. It's been like a week or more(?) Since the past updt too
The uploader hasn't been on Mangago for over a week, almost two. There's a name next to the uploaded chapter, you can click on it and it brings a page up. Coolicefun has a point, Mangago allows anyone to upload after it's been reviewed, it's how people can steal uploading from other teams but this person dien't say anything or leave their info so they probably just updated what they could afford which was a lot of chapters still. Manga seems pretty abandoned now, been close to two weeks. As long as your screenshots are good and not blurry, you can upload it. People get really upset with blurry chapters or missing pages.
