They just gradually fell in love like the top is already hella infatuated by the bottom and his curiosity is already turning into love(bit obsessive maybe but the bottom can handle him just well). And I actually cannot pinpoint how or when they fell in love exactly but I think its after they know each other's identity and decide to work together and all to defeat the one who hired the bottom to kill the top. And yeah the bottom at that tjme kinda has his own plans so he doesn't want to stay with the top so the top goes a bit crazy^_^.

And some may say he is obsessive and red flag but I personally love how he treats the bottom because the bottom can be kinda naughty and stubborn and all in all..the top is very caring in his own way and it has a happy ending.

To conclude, in my opinion they fall in love naturally(doesn't seem forced) and live together happily ever after and the best part....both of them are so freaking hot and badass and such daddy material...like the bottom can top other bottoms and some tops...

P.S. I kept saying bottom and top because I forgot their names...and about their past, bottom was just badly mistreated by his mom's bf I think and the top i forgot(I think he was just his issue with his step mom and his father, like he just wants some motherly love I THINK)
