I like age gap relationship but not on this one.

He is not autistic neither a psychopath. He has severe alexithymia and neuro divergent.

I thought he's also a psychopath since he has behaviors which fall under it. Or is it all due to alexithymia?

See, psychopaths usually are well aware of their actions, they knw what they are doing and what the consequences will be, they don't care about laws and criminal activities, are sadist, they enjoyed ppl sufferings and putting them into misery. Most of their actions are very well planned and intentional. They lack empathy and are remorse and cruel. They do things for their own enjoyment. And are good in judgments too.

On the hand, since you know how Grayson mind works, i don't need to tell how he was different from a psychopath. In fact Grayson was the only Alpha who had empathy for others, he don't knw how to express that in a right way and lacks judgement. He doesn't lacks morals and ethics, he just don't understand the 'whys'. Why somethings are morally correct or wrong. His actions and the results often turned out to be horrible but he doesn't plans them to be that way.

Some symptoms are common which are also a symptoms of alexithymia or neuro divergent. That is why his actions are mistook as that of a psychopath. And that is why Ashley also misunderstood and he was treated wrongly. psychopaths don't feel anything, Grayson's body could feel everything and even react accordingly. A psychopath generally understands what other people are feeling but often doesn't care enough to let that influence their actions.

And yes, all dom Alphas are generally called as psychos but they aren't. They just became unbothered by other ppl besides their respective partners. Grayson was the only one actually who showed sympathy for others as well.

I thought it was a mixed of both since I also added the dominant alpha genes being there since his birth and thus one of the reasons for some of his behaviors. Like he takes action after thinking first, lack of fear and lacks understanding of right or wrong, lack of conscience. Which makes him different from a sociopath who are usually violent and impulsive btw.
I based on these and added the psychopathic genes from birth.
The behaviors I connected to psychopathy, but I did not necessarily mean he has all the symptoms(like the lack of empathy bc his was only misunderstood). I just saw the similarities. However, if it's only alexithymia like you said, I can see why those I mentioned above could be a related effect from that disorder.

Yeah, I actually read the novel once more completely to read Grayson's actions and statements and that's the conclusion I came up with.
