It's a villain of the week shonen on a sugar rush and cocaine. The art is incredible, I am very scared for the mangaka's health since this is a weekly serialization yet there's so much detail in each panel and the chapters are decently long. I think the characters are generally pretty good, the backstories for the deuteragonists and villains are really compelling. The romance will they won't they love quadrangle is annoying imo. A really fun read all in all
The premise is that the villainess shares a body with a girl who isekai-ed into her world. The girl played/read the series the villainess is from and loved the villainess's character. When the girl isekais into the world she does not know the villainess is still in her body watching her every move. The girl does her best to ensure that the villainess does not meet the same unfair fate she watched by being kind and noble, but is nevertheless faced with betrayal and unfairness. The miscarriage of justice causes the girl to succumb to sadness and retreat within herself, causing the villainess to front in their body once more. The villainess, having witnessed the girls purity and kindness and love for her character has become a fan of the girl and is enraged that she has been hurt and vows to take revenge for her. Despite never having talked directly to one another, the girl and the villainess seem to have an almost romantic bond. I really enjoyed it but did not catalogue it, so I would appreciate any help finding it.

Ideally I would ask for recommendations of yaoi with explicitly trans male characters but I’ve done a lot of research and am almost certain none exist sadly. But if you know one please send it my way.
I’ve only read one yaoi where one of the characters has a that I liked, and it was a Tiger and Bunny dojinshi where Kotetsu woke up with one via some magic bs but it was sweet and I would like to find it or something like it again.
Please don’t recommend something like Boy meets Girl where one characters has a vag only to be sexually assaulted it’s not my thing.

Afterward, they say they liked the character having a vv... In my lexicon, this fits the description of a straight romance or some gender bender fantasy. Because you either want to see 2pp which is BL or 1pp and 1vv, which is BxG.
If they want a transsexual, any BL with a feminine uke would do the trick. If they want a transgender, any BxG with a masculine FL would do the trick. That's why I clearly asked if they are into intersex individuals.
