Just a random advice from a random stranger in the internet. Just stay calm, take deep breaths, and see the proctors as a friend rather than an enemy you have to impress. Rather than thinking that they're people higher than you who can change your whole career (which they probably are), think of them as your friends eager to listen to what you have to say. That thought can calm your mind and let you talk more naturally and with confidence since it makes you think you're in your comfort zone. This way it makes the report more natural, calm and fun.

Among the audience you'll be speaking in front of, the majority won't actually care or be paying attention. They'll just be watching the clock waiting for the bell, or looking at their own notes cuz they're freaking about their turn coming up. So you can legit just tell yourself that they aren't noticing anything about you. They're ghosts. Ignore them. And then aside from them, there will be a tiny number of people who are looking directly at you, and they'll probably be smiling and nodding their heads, even as you stumble. Those are the compassionate people who know it's scary, and they just want to encourage you with their smiles. They want you to feel okay. Those are the people you look at while you're presenting. Just keep switching your gaze between those few people. If they are smiling at you, it's natural to just smile back. And if you're smiling back, the chemicals in your brain will say "this is okay. We're okay. We are happy." And you'll feel more confident as you go.

Also, foster a positive environment of growth. Other people will present before and after you. Some of them will be visibly nervous, and stumble and stutter. When they are done and heading back to their seats, tell them "i know it's scary but you did a really good job!" Pat others on the back, and they'll do the same for you. If one person starts, everyone else will follow. Cuz everybody wants to be part of a comfortable, friendly environment.

Oh I knew a lot of people who had difficulties speaking in public or in front of a crowd.
- My first and best advice would be to prepare your subject really well (the more you know about it, the less stressed you'll be about being asked something you won't know).
- The second advice I'll give you is mentally visualising your entire speech.
"Break" your speech into main sections and "most important key points", Organize them in the most understandable way, then Visualise yourself speaking, don't complicate things.
- When you're actually there, keep the explanations as easy to understand as possible.
I was always good at this type of public presentations and my secret was to handle them like a teacher giving a lesson..Assume your audience doesn't know SQUAT about the subject, be methodic and organized and everything should be fine :)
