I think this chapter actually confirms that Juheon is no longer going to push Dohu away. I know. It sounds crazy, but I think this is the case because the wording itself during his monologue is supposed to be nebulous. He clings to Dohu and apologizes to him while admitting his complicated emotions about the entire situation: running away > feeling like a worthless coward for running away > hating himself for feeling so pathetic > can't believe anyone would truly love a guy like him > pushes everyone away > guy in his life who used him at first actually has real feelings for him > realizing that Dohu won't give up on him > feeling anxiety about what his family will do next especially to Dohu > feeling anxiety about not being able to do anything to prevent something bad from happening > anxiety about Dohu giving up on him.
But, the chapter pretty much confirms that Dohu will never give up on Juheon, that Juheon understands and knows just how deeply Dohu likes him, and how difficult it will be to shake Dohu off. So, when Juheon says, "let's end this..." I think it is in reference to his family feud. He has been working hard to get in the public eye to prevent his family from being able to act recklessly. Being in the public eye is actually giving him some freedom to act, as funny as it seems. I think from this point on, he will distance himself less from Dohu and will work harder to accelerate his career to cut ties with his family. Then drama moving forward will involve what he's going to do to his family and how they will retaliate, which will probably result in Dohu being caught in the crossfire but not as a damsel in distress. Dohu is smart, smarter than Juheon imo, because he has the ability to think clearly without all that mental baggage.
There is also another route where I see Juheon trying to double down on his plan to push Dohu away completely, but it will fail and backfire. This would probably result in them reconciling and Juheon realizing that it's safer to keep Dohu near him than to estrange him.
Either way, the resolution is clear for both scenarios: they're going to end up together and have the most bomb ass sex. Our eyes will feast.
