Ngl, I'm still excited to keep reading, but I think Yujin running away - especially when Aaron has somewhat aired out stuff about his father - is somewhat a weak plot?
The man genuinely wants to be with him, isn't afraid of ruining his image or going after his deranged father. Even with his anxiety and ptsd from what happened to his mother, surely Yujin can see that he's not actually "helping" Aaron by staying away, nor can he truly believe that Aaron will suddenly want to live some stereotypically "normal life" like getting married to a woman amd having kids.
He KNOWS he's not gonna just pretend this never happened and put on a mask to satisfy society's stereotypical expectations. So this all points to Yujin using Aaron as an excuse to leave and hide, bc staying in one place, committed long-term with someone triggered how he thinks he's undeserving of a stable, loving and fulfilling life. But I just don't buy it from how he's depicted.
Maybe if they'd shown Yujin be far more affected by his trauma and highlight the irrationality of his anxious train of thought, I'd be more invested in it. Now it just feels like a superficial cat and mouse chase, just to easily add drama, draw some destination locations (is Yujin gonna tour Europe or village-hop in England?) and give us a disheveled Aaron.

MY FREAKS ARE BACK TODAY!!!
I need their kinkiness to reach new heights in these sides now that they're committed to each other
Ian is so deep in denial, it's actually funny. MY GUY, you can't even think of our beloved little blond twink atp without your hole twitching. Wdym he's part of your revenge???
What is this PEAK?!?!
I loveee the progression even if some parts felt somewhat rushed but they were all explained more later on. Like the dad arc wasn't fleshed out as cohesively as I would have liked in the order of the chapters, but it does make sense once you have all the details for what happened and understand the personalities of dad and son. I also enjoyed the drama due to the fact that they're just in their early 20s experiencing many things for the first time so things are bound to be messy, the dialogue feels very natural, the couples are perfect in their imperfect stages and later on they develop deliciously!!
Especially the 2nd couple who even freaking switch?!?!? I screamed, they're so fluid and honest with their relationship and pleasure, I couldn't believe how good we got it.
Did the author make a deal for a certain number of chapters and then run out of ideas how to continue the plot once the misunderstandings arc has been resolved and they're dragging it out?
So now they're in an endless loop of nothingburger chapters where they get upset over the same issues, fuck, avoid being honest, think the miscommunication won't catch up to them again, but guess what? It DOES and here we go again with the cycle.
On ch.11 but I just can't get into their story. I like Wonwoo, but the other guy is indifferent to me. His boredom must be portrayed so well that I got bored of him too. T_T
Honestly, I think the pacing is somewhat off and I couldn't get invested in the progress of events and their feelings... Oh well, I'll try again another time

Ch. 86 is one of my favorites!!! I was grinning and laughing throughout! I love Yeonsoo's reaction to finding out that Joohwan's usually crude to others. He was fazed for a minute, but went straight to telling Joohwan to get his shit straight in his adorable, naively persistent and encouraging way. Meanwhile Joohwan is suffering in silence cause he can't be an asshole at will T_T
So many ppl clutching their pearls cause some of us would love for these two to switch (and more couples in BL in general) and acting like it's a crime and there should be an extensive dissertation that justifies why, when it's literally the norm in gay sex and there's HARDLY any representation of it in BL.
Also, in the same breath these ppl go on and on for how they want babies or even mpreg even in non-omegaverse BLs and I'm here like??? So it's not even what fits the couple/story, it's the double and heteronormative standards.
Wanting babies for gay couples and a specific sex penetrative role isn't always heteronormative but it OFTEN is, as is obvious from how ppl act against other normal aspects of gay relationships. We see you and it's not subtle. If something isn't for you that's fine, but acting like switch couples are where you draw the line for what's appropriate to want in GAY stories??
Anyway, this chapter was actually HOT, physically and mentally. There was more positive communication and understanding than all their past combined.
I actually love the trope of a younger partner who's still (naturally) inexperienced and insecure about how to handle certain challenging issues, thinking that maturity is dealing with it alone. They believe that way they won't burden the other person and it can also prove to both themselves and their partner that they're mature.
Not that it's a fully harmful approach, but there's still so much nuance and intricacies to navigate when it comes to communication, support and responsibilities in relationships. Personal boundaries, asking for help or expressing your needs, sharing aspects of individual hardships without it meaning that you use someone else to avoid making difficult choices which help you grow as a person. Acknowledging when the other person has to be involved to some degree because your choices affect them too and generally allowing a forgiving environment that doesn't shy away from mistakes, but it also doesn't condemn you for them, as long as you make genuine efforts to improve.
In the additional context of being a queer person (a gay man in this case) within a homophobic family with strict expectations that are catching up to you, I think it's such a great theme to explore and I'm excited for next season, as much as I dread the angst.
Right when I thought "oh, this trainwreck is starting to go somewhere" BAM! Taesung thinks the solution is to get married to somebody else to appease his grandfather so he'd let Haebom off the hook? THAT'S BETTER THAN RUNNING OFF SOMEWHERE ABROAD TOGETHER?!?! This is such BS, can the author get any freaking worse with their ideas for this story?
While this wasn't the most polished story regarding the themes it portrayed, I found it very interesting and captivating! I reallyyy loved both these characters, how they came together, overcame past issues and allowed themselves to go from infatuation to love and commitment, how they grew more into themselves while supporting and enjoying each other as people who had quite different personalities. Also, the art was wonderful!
And I'm so glad there'll be side stories!!!
I think this is the first chapter of this story I've actually enjoyed, Rian's stance was very satisfying T_T
But I'm still expecting what's coming to be a disappointment (as in, unlikely to happen) on both counts of: Rian doing the fucking AND trusting Enzo to know how to PLEASE someone. Even if his life depends on it and is literally being guided by the god of sex himself, it'll be a challenge to let go of his rapey approach..

I'm not ready to let go of this wonderful family, they bring me such joy and peace just seeing them go through life
