I still don't believe this is mpreg, especially not in an abo/natural reproductive phenomenon framework. There would be physical signs that Seong Su has given birth either naturally or by C-section, both of which would result in varying degrees of scarring. Or even his anatomy being at all different (self lubrication, different reproductive sects that could be identified by anal fingering) would be included by the author who takes a more realistic approach in these details.
Unless it's some medical technological advancement that allows men to get pregnant and he gets superb reconstructive surgery afterwards, I fully doubt this is the case.
All the "signs" of mpreg read to me as red herrings, as it's perhaps part of the manufactured divine miracle that enables the cult leaders to amass influence and followers. Which then raises so many questions, I'm sure it will be a complex web of machinations. I wonder to what extent Seong Su has been influenced by them, does he believe in any of it or is he fully aware of the manipulations and lies and is coping because he wants to save his kids?

Also, the appearance of Seong Su's son and the man he's with seem to reinforce the Trinity symbolism. There's the father/God (that CEO/leader), the son (Seong-Kyeong), and the holy spirit (Ryeong, with the dove). That leaves Seong Su with the implication of being Mary. This all feels too obvious to be the truth...
I'm still inclined to think of it as an extra sinister human trafficking ploy. Backed by a pharma for reproductive and hallucinatory drugs and tech, administered to the chosen followers to keep up the "miracle" narrative that draws in more members. But who knows, maybe the author decided to go the science fiction route.

I keep thinking how Ita will react when Woojin confesses. Will that man even be able to handle that without combusting?! I feel like he'll devote 10 lifetimes to being by Woojin's side and experiencing everything together and fulfilling every wish he's ever had!

I’m thinking the same. I have anxiety every time there’s an update but I read it anyway and it never makes me feel better.
Same.... Every time I think "surely, it CAN'T get worse, right??". And then the author spits in my face and calls me a dumb fxck for even hoping.
Been talking abt them so much these days (motivated by Woojin's story) that now I want to read it again.
I get that the nature of the plot being something hurtful many of us experience in different ways, makes it uncomfortable for many to read through. But it's not a manual on what a perfect love story should look like.
I love how it makes me process my personal views and feelings from a reader's distance on such complex relationships, problematic actions and routines, discomforting situations, intense desire, patience, forgiveness and hope for reciprocation and change, while still acknowledging and appreciating the characters' feelings and choices shaping how the story develops.
It's not for everyone cause it can be triggering, but I don't think it deserves the bad rep it's gotten as a story overall, when the actions of the characters are to be expected and in line with their personality traits.
Knowing the context of his shock after knotting, is making me extra giddy on top of how spicy their first time was!! I really love thinking of the ethical grey zones in their story and what choices they make

Well, it's already been established that Liu had always made a point of going against his nature as an alpha since he deemed it a weakness to utilize its inherent power or succumb to its instincts, so he trained at having perfect control of his pheromones, never using them nor being affected by others' (which he achieved by becoming a Golden Alpha in the process).
Now for spoilers:
All those years of restraint went out the window once he met Yeehyeon, since he felt an inescapable attraction. He started letting out his own pheromones in response to those he sensed coming from him; what he sensed - unknowingly to everyone at that point - are the first signs of Yeehyeon being a special case of a beta person (called Diamond Dust) who induced the ability of a special case Alpha (called Ghost) to turn him from beta to omega through multiple, special knotting sessions.
So the context here is that while Liu never planned nor wanted to - at least initially - not only did he release pheromones and indulged in Yeehyeon's traces of scent, but he helplessly also knotted, unintentionally beginning said changing process from beta to omega. I should also mention that this underlying bond between the two involves a fair share of unconscious - inevitable even - actions. The effects it has particularly on the Ghost can hardly be controlled.
Even though this started as something unexpected, however, how Liu will act from then on will carry a heavy responsibility and implications...
