mb, what i’ve said was a bit confusing. i mean, didn’t joowhan lie in the earlier chapters that he was wearing a ring because he’s in a relationship with jooyoung? from then on, sihyun thought of the ring as like the switch (on/off) that tells whether or not jooyoung and joohwan are together. he didn’t believe mc that it was merely a repellant (or maybe a bit, but only like an aftermath of the “break up”). tbf, joowhan was a bit vague about not/never dating jooyoung because he only said to sihyun that he’s the only one joowhan is currently seeing.
