Hes a god probably 1000s of years old, even if mc was 50 he would still be a child in his eyes and referred to as such, this is common in both eastern and western media. Also as long as there is smut then you should assume that the characters are both of age since the official websites/apps/publishers (naver, kakao, lezhin etc) prohibit underage sex.
if you think about it or read too many, K bl/smut characters are adult age (if the story start at highschool it's mostly a kiss scene only and when they turn college that's where the smut starts) coz they have a law about protecting minors unlike J bl where even a highschoolers doing the deed
