he'll get some amount around 325 chapter of the novel. although the mana he'll get is only 10% of power in his prime, he'll get strong enough to be considered SS rank. as of now he can use his full power only in a form of a soul, since og giryeo body can't withhold all that power. though that method is with it's own (somewhat huge) disadvantages - in short bc of short appearance as a soul he now bears slight scars on his soul. it will likely be really relevant in the future.
