Rereading this after several years & it's definitely of it's time. Iori is such a cutie and the best part about this manga. Seme has very few redeeming qualities as expected. Overall pretty cute but such an uneven relationship. 3.5/5
The everyday warmth of love. I liked seeing him get some closure with his mom as well
At first I thought this was just another enemies to lovers fluff fic, but it has been a pleasant surprise! There's some interesting storyline developing & the author is at least trying to be a little unique. Cute but keeps you interested - can't wait to see what's up w/Eve!
for this fuckass "curse?" There's literally no other fantasy aspects to this story & that's the best excuse for sympathy they can come up with? Also did they ever say why no-bs Mina hired Doyeon when he is completely useless?
How Wataru is just totally matter-of-fact that their relationship is the same as grandpa + grandma. Like why would it be different? What's there to "not understand" about it?
Art is nice, characters are inoffensive, storyline is slightly interesting...overall it's just a little boring & the ending didn't show that much progress btw them. I feel with this kind of low-key, slice of life manga it needs 2 volumes to really flesh it out. But I've def read way worse
╥﹏╥ there aren't many historical mangas that have a child being raised by 2 men - I think it's really interesting how the author tries to keep some realism while not making it super heavy
But it's cute sue me ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ Yes they're flawed, esp Ayato bc he clearly had an unconventional life & needs therapy lol. But they try to improve & communicate, even if it's clumsy. I don't think it's meant to be groundbreaking so I'm not going to overthink it lol. Also Yuito is adorable
Emoto is no angel but he at least has self-awareness and tries to improve himself (tho he treats his manager terribly it still makes me lol). Basically porn with plot with a surprising amount of sweetness. And Chouji is ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ The art upgrade in vol 2 is a lot cleaner too!
but they're trying to be better and find solutions in a relationship with an unconventional start - I really like it so far!
Nothing crazy happening, flawed human personalities and realistic flow to the relationship when so many others try to speedrun it
