Came for the yaoi stayed for the lore. I really enjoyed the worldbuilding the most and although this is mainly romance i hope we get to see other cultures as well

I wish the latest chapter focused on the main couple but i also really love it when a work fleshes out dynamics other than the main romantic one. This was also really a great way to show the contrast with how the rookie and the ml show their affections toward the mc. The rookie would never believe the mc is a “monster” because he saved him when he was younger and that made him see the mc as the embodiment of justice. But our ml knows what it’s like to live in the shadows so even if the mc was a “monster” he is willing to face the mc head on and love him nonetheless. Idk why i’m ranting but i really love this work so much

I was not expecting anything from this story at all, just an easy read to pass time but I'm pleasantly surprised that I ended up enjoying Nokyoung's character. Still 10 chapters in but I love how he did not turn into some kind of saint immediately. He is still a bitch he just got better at directing his bitchiness to the people who deserve it lol. Gonna continue reading!

I hope they would also visit the friend's grave or something just to tie it all up in a perfect circle and a callback to the friend's statement that "good people deserve good people" cause now joobin is finally in a good place surrounded by good people like he deserves.
