I love characters like Arisa's SO FRICKING MUCH! At first, they seem like a stubborn, judgy, by-the-book person but they're just *efficient* and for the people! Most of the time this means inforcing the rules (which are put in place to help the majority) but she isn't opposed to changing them if they are flawed and leave out individuals. Since the people include individuals! She's perceptive, smart and hates being underestimated. She does her job and her job is to represent and help others xx
ngl I very much recommend re-reading chapter 30 with the current arc we're in, like the foreshadowing is crazy (also it's a rlly sweet chapter)
