hey guys, based off of the novel, how far into the story is the manhwa? is the manhwa close to ending? wondering if i should wait this one out till its completed!
okay so i wanted to try and figure this out since i wasn’t positive. story wise we are reaching the beginning of the end (kind of). most likely we are to get one more shorter season after season 3 which is likely also be on the shorter side compared to season 1/2. there is a chance everything wraps up in this season, but in the authors note at the end of season two, there was no mention of season 3 being the end. now im using this as an excuse to try and do the math lol
regas has a total of 203 chapters and 8 vols (vol 8 is entirely side stories tho) season 1 is 44 eps and adapts roughly 55 novel chapters (ending at the very beginning of vol 3). season 2 is 33 eps and adapts 49 novel chapters (up to chapter 104, ending at the end up vol 4) season has been 19 eps so far (most likely half way through the season) adapts basically the entirety of vol 5 (chapter 128). there roughly 70 chapters for main story left and 33 chapters of side stories.
if we are continuing with this pacing my guess is 40-60 more main story chapters. but there are definitely so slow parts that i think might be sped up a bit for the adaptation. so story wise we are close to the end but numbers wise not as much? anyways i really love this story and would definitely recommend reading the novel!
actually im a bit stupid and did some of the basic math wrong- there is roughly 75 total chapters left in the story (30 ish being side stories. so my guess still stands around that 50 range but for total chapters not just main story. if i did any other math wrong (likely) i apologize haha but i think the general ideas are still there

i still like the art, but the webtoon artist sucks with proportions which is probably why ppl are saying its ugly. honestly i've been loving it till we got to the sex scene part and i'm just looking at abstract picasso style kinda depictions

at the start, I loved the backstory since it built the context and the characters up, but it hasn't gone anywhere for plot development for awhile now. When does Haesoo find out who Taeha is? Will Haesoo's character develop and flourish now that her circumstances have changed (ie not with ex)? I also don't care enough about the secondary characters (Ari, Mincheol) to keep being invested in their stories
i feel petty and need her to get revenge.
at the same time, the best revenge is moving on and not wasting time and energy on this fuckwit. but at the same time, totes hope he gets punched next chapter.

ngl, i low-key like them more than the main couple. partly I'm just a sucker for characters like tsuji who are a little sly, are clear with what they want but still are loyal to their friends.
The only reason i dont like him is bcs of how he was moving in the beginning, sleeping around to rise in the ranks but not only that in front of the mc to in his room while he's trying to sleep? You must be moving mad
