My biggest tip is just trying to be creative, most dishes are easy to make vegetarian. Some dishes also have vegetarian versions, like veggie burgers and stuff. Some of my favourite dishes are springrolls, fried rice, noodles, lasagna, all of which are easy to make vegetarian. you literally just take out the meat.
