I’m so confused on so many levels but at the same time now.
Jinwoo makes it seem like his dad Wasn’t gonna kill him (but the first chapter literally shows that he was gonna kill him so like??) Guwon saved him which confuses me as yk.
Jinwoo’s feelings are sudden gone because of seeing what Guwon is capable of and what he’s done but all I see is someone who’s not human and hasn’t been shown the wrongs and rights and so acts like how he is acting. I agree Guwon is a full on killer but maybe with the correct handling would change and be actually a nice person
Jinwoo is blaming Guwon for his dad’s death tho yes it’s correct he killed his father but his dad was going to kill Jinwoo anyway if Guwon hadn’t gotten there.
I don’t understand it fully and it seems Jinwoo has put random pieces of memory together and now thinks Guwon is a villain. (He’s not the villain in this I don’t think. I think he’s misunderstood and confused himself and doesn’t understand human rights)
I hope Guwon doesn’t die honestly. and I kinda hope Jinwoo learns the truth and they grow together and maybe can be happy with eachother yk?

I don’t think guwon will die, cuz that will make no sense at all from the author’s side. But Wym his dad was going to kill him. In the proper flashbacks that reflected the proper memory/ original memory before it got distorted, we can that his dad wasn’t going to kill him and he went to grab water for him.
I understand jinwoo’s fears because the person he likes is not who he seem like at all which makes sense.
I feel like jinwoo’s guilt will cloud his judgement before he even gets to kill guwon, cuz he will realize more things later on.
Also I do think that Guwon is a god and was sent there on earth as a punishment. I made this long ass theory on bato but it’s gone so I can’t even put it here cuz it’s way too long. But I’m pretty sure guwon is something like a god sent there as a punishment. There were so many clues in season 1 and we will see later on if I’m correct or not.
Okay so like, the memory we see in the beginning is just Jinwoo not having his memories in order. You might've forgotten that he had a head wound in the beginning, so his mind is jumbled. Realistically what happened was, some raiders attacked them, the father chased them off, then went to go get his son water(imo, I think it was probably the hounds that attacked them first and that's how Guwon finds the father and follows him back.) When the father returns, that when Guwon kills him. Jinwoo, bleeding out from his head and almost dying, doesn't realize wtf actually occurred(aka he's an unreliable narrator) so what we see in the beginning isn't actually what happened. I hope I made sense lol.
Yes but the flash back we are both talking abt was not the one in the beginning. This was the one that was shown after the doctor was killed, when they were going back home on the truck and he had a flashback while resting on guwon’s arm. I’m not talking about the flashback in the beginning because that one was pretty jumbled and everywhere so yea,

That’s what’s confused me. The first chapter we have it shows a black figure saying “I’ll make this painless” and Guwon killing them before they hurt Jinwoo. That’s what I mean by I swear his dad was going to hurt him?

I think you might be a bit confused by the story. Chapter 0 is the delirious take on what happened. The recent chapter is what really happened. The reason why mc couldn't remember correctly in the beginning, is because he got an injury on his head. Him coming back to the house, after recovery, brought the actual memory back of what really happened. They got caught by raiders, mc gets injured, and the dad chased them off(the hounds were probably the raiders and Guwon follows the dad back to the teacher) and his dad brought him back water. The dad was not gonna kill him at all. This why in some chapters, MC's unconscious body tries to kill Guwon. He subconsciously KNOWS what actually happened, but doesn't ever fully remember until he sees the body of his father.

I loved this. It confused me on the revenge bit at first but I understand too some of it. It was twisted and stuff but it wasn’t rushed. They didn’t go straight into a relationship either which is so much better as there was twisted stuff in that.
Honestly loved this and will 100% read again eventually. It’s really sweet at the end. They both get a happy ending. It wasn’t forced either. Mc could have ran off and never came back but he decided to.
Wish it wasn’t finished as I wanna know more about what happens etc. amazing art to.

Mc is angry and is making things up in his head I think. Guwoon doesn’t understand what’s going on, and I’ll be honest he defo ain’t human. But what is he? I want to know. Plus guwoon is their only chance at making it alive out of this. Like I feel like the hounds are sort of in charge and have messed with guwoon so he thinks and acts like how he does.

Loved this. Loved the ending too. Though it was not mc who caused all the issues but yk they’ve both changed and grown and it sorta feels rushed but it’s a good one to read.
