2- this dude rencounters an old friend from high school, they weren’t really friends though. the mc watched while the ml got bullied and did nothing to intervene. now being however many years later the ml is not constantly bothering the mc and they end up sleeping together. after that the mc and ml agree to go on 5 dates. the mc is like against this but does it anyways. that’s just the basic plot/opening to the story. when we get into the ml’s back story it’s super interesting, it’s a relatively quick read (67 chapters) and there’s actual character growth, it’s not just toxic slop.
3- super short read but also interesting. it’s a supernatural story. it starts with the two main characters having an intense fight and the ml ends up killing the mc. however the next day the ml sees the mc again alive. the mc came back to life after being murdered. they were toxic and the ml was actively tryna leave the mc because of how obsessive he was. so starting out we all kinda think the mc is evil but as the story goes on we discover that both of them are actually pretty shitty.

Paljae, Child of Winter. It's a manhwa and it's historical and has korean mythological stuff, heavens, humans, ascendants, demons.
Summary:
It's more than just coincidence.
Young Paljae drifts to the isle at world's end to be taken in by Munryeong, a hermit with a mysterious past. But when Paljae begins to waste away in the sun-bathed climate, Munryeong takes his little companion on a journey to the cold north that uncovers their forgotten past encounter.
(It's my fav manhwa, it's honestly so well written and has amazing art, the characters and the story is complex and it's plot based)
