So I read the novel and the manhwas
makes more sense if you get a grip of both, their penalties and hidden abilities.
Yissun : hidden ability - can restore (maybe create) any building as long as he has a clear visual understanding and materials available. (Most restorers can't do that, they have a time set to restore (hours to days) a building and even so just to some percentage. And only lasts as longs as he is around the building or in contact.
Penalty - he takes a week to recover and his power drops by 50%
Da Hyeon: hidden ability - nullification, whatever status has in something or someone disappears for 5 minutes.
Penalty - he can't use his power at all for 24 hours and after that can only use 50% of it for the following 24h.
I hope this fills some plot gaps for whoever is wondering
I'm a bit confused with the term Gwijae (I might have spelled wrong) are they human? So MC is human but he's cursed? What about ML and the other exorcists? The ginseng child is a ghost? I just started so I have some questions
gwijae are humans who have the ability to see ghosts. It's like they were born with it. Gwijae also have a power called spiritual power that they can use it to attack or defense. MC, ML and other exorcists are all humans (and also gwijae). Ginseng child is a ginseng that absorbs mountain's power for centuries then transform into a child and has healing power.
I mean I saw some Americans talking sht about slavery in my country well it happens
I would say you're a bit sensitive
You hate it? Ok
But reminder Emilia Pérez was still nominated to the Oscars
And some of of you didn't bother at all bc it's not your country history so yeah
Of course they don't... when blm movement happened black Americans dismissed the African ppl and said this movement ain't about u. It's always, let's be woke but only when it's about us. This story has nothing to do with slavery but obviously it doesn't matter to them as long as they can sht on something under the guise of "justice"
No, you don’t know history you complete dumb ass Caribbean countries and Latin American countries had one of the worst cases of slavery. The mortality rate for slaves was 7 to 8 years after they were dropped off there. Why do you think Haiti Brazil and all of these other countries have such extreme Celebration days for revolutions you should know better and be better because slavery in Latin American countries was 10 times worse, especially in Argentina where they have completely erased the population of Black people
I'm Brazilian a black Brazilian . But thank your for teaching me about my fucking country my history and what I should nlknwo or not about your fucking country. Your stupid country brought most of mine problems actually one of them was having to hear an be sensitive about history that's not fucking mine
Still don't care about your fucking country
I'm doing here to there
And I'm not obligated to know anything about you or your country or even your history
The only thing we have in common might be our heritage and skin colors not even culturally I would say we're the same. We're not. You know where you came from ancestrally, and I don't have this privilege. Fuck you
People CARED, When it won over wicked my entire fyp was people talking How emilia perez was Extremely insensitive to Mexicans and how they protrayed the Cartels was extremely inaccurate. We can acknowledge That movie shouldn’t have been Made the same way we can acknowledge that the Antebellum era Shouldn’t be romanticized
I'm rereading for the 2nd or 3rd time I'm not sure
I want to read the novel but I'm wondering....
Spoiler ahead
Why can't he harm himself ? I know it's bc of his powers but it doesn't really make sense practically... I mean harming others with his ability or even without might have to do with his trauma but I can't see how does it work. His body doesn't move when he tries to jump a building? Or maybe his ability just activates immediately? I'm not sure yk haha
If I understand correctly, his body would be 'fixed' automatically. So he can't unalive himself. Adding up with his thought in 'even I didn't deserve a calm death' due to him practically sacrificing his friends as undead soldier for survival, I guess his mental health issue is one of the reason.
Oh, also, it's random small detail but the steak he cut 'recover' itself

Who is this guy and what diary?
I thought i was the only one lost here
