I used to feel a bit like that too + for the allowance. But hey, we live to have fun, don't let the fact of that get you down, I usually stayed until everyone gone or get out as soon as the bell rang. Well, I use my allowance to buy foods I wanna eat, because for me, food is life, and I would spend my free time alone to enjoy what I enjoy. So, why don't you find what you enjoy?
I mean, I know it can feel lonely not having friends at school. But being alone isn't always a bad thing either, because it gives you the freedom to do whatever you want. ( • ω • )y

Ohhh noo, you're right, I'm sorry if it came out wrong. It certainly is can make us feel depressed when lonely, but what I mean is it won't be like that forever, at least from my experience.
Before when I don't have friend, and I wanna talk, I would talk to random people online, at least that makes me feel less lonely. Now, I have friends in real life. So, eventually you're gonna have one, a few, or maybe a bunch of friends, so don't give up, and keep on going. And don't forget, you're not alone here (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

thank you lol, i really appreciate youuu telling me all this ill def use ur techniques bruu thoo i used to be like that too lol ykyk i use to be a quiet reserved introverted person back in my elem days but then in 7th grade i realized that i wanted to have ALOT of friends and like be the energetic person i wish i couldve been back then and so i did achieved it and it lasted to 8th grade too i knew everyone and everyone knew me even the seniors i wasnt shy anymore (i would go into rooms and jst be shameless lol, i realize now that was kind off disrespectful of me tho..)lol everything was perfect lolllll it was good times but then 9th grade hit i became hella hella depressed i skipped school cried alot breakdowns up and right to my grandpas tits so i did lose friends and distanced and ignored some friends its kinda a me problem like me being avoidant and this summer III didnt talk to ANY LIKE NONE of my friends idk anymore and this school year i hope i can regain myself again be the person i was back then i rlly did miss myself idk what happened to me lwkyyyy it actually feels good writing ts loll hoping loving thank u!!
IM CRYING GRANDPAS TITS BUT SINCE U ALR EXPERIENCED IT U CAN BRING URSELF BACK CUTIE START REBEFRIENDING EVERYONE Tho it's a good lesson that u learnt, be super free and express yourself while pushing peoples boundaries but don't push too deep bc if u come off as too disrespectful that's also rlly bad (○’ω’○) SO BE A GOOD MIX OF TALKATIVE AND ATTENTIVE BUT NOT TILL U IRRITATE PEOPLE and try not to judge ppl too much bc again boiii u gotta spam friend requests ... if that depressed phase hits again listen to me and eat sweet healthy food!!! if u like any fruits eat them and maybe a salad if u rnt up to sweet foods like um I'm picky ab my vegetables so I js be eating cucumbers and tomatoes and thats it for my salad but seriously, eating light, healthy, or sweet foods can get you out of depression quick. Daily hygiene too, to be so honest when I was younger both my parents were busy doctoring around so they didn't rlly teach me shit when I was younger so my hygiene was horrible and I gen thought I was normal since I didn't build habits up young I'm still struggling with my hygiene yeah ik shush and I have really bad habits like bad posture and biting nails due to stress that I'm also working on, so u better try to notice if u have any flaws and try to fix them bc that also raises dopamine, I'm sure you've hear this a lot but exercise also helps, but instead of doing a lot of it is like take a 2 minute walk outside then go back in and stay bedrotting but even that can raise dopamine (=θωθ=) also randomly throughout the day do 5 jumping jacks like it's nothing, its somehow????? funny to my friends and I get a lil exercise in, even if it's small it makes a difference so u get aura from being funny and being productive ig even just socializing is a huge boost to dopamine randomly text online ppl or talk to ur family ab casual stuff and take more time out with family (even I can't do this yet so no pressure ) and even just more time out with school friends and non-school friends alike! another thing: don't use your phone immediately after you wake up. maybe to just check the time or something small, but don't use it, this usually gets people depressed bc phone usage gives out an absurd amount of dopamine rush which then ur body processes it as if it's average for the rest of the day - so when your dopamine levels are average you think you're sad when you're really just feeling neutral. A lot of ppl hate studying because of this, they think studying raises cortisol because they were just using their phones and their phones were providing unhealthy amounts of dopamine, when actually studying raises dopamine, just not as much as using ur phone. so if u might be struggling with studying, this is the reason. limit phone usage in the morning !! u can loterally js try it once and ur brain will literally be convinced and start liking stjdying bc you'll realize it's not that the problem. ofc saying this I'm not saying stop using ur phone entirely bc that could also cause depression, suppresing you from online socializing, so just keep a healthy balance. and if u don't struggle with studying, just do a hobby of urs in the morning instead. (like playing instruments or drawing or something) or take a morning jog while listening to music. listening to happy music and happy shows while limiting sad/scary music and shows also help significantly ! but watching sad/scary stuff with friends is a whole different things, that raises dopamine !! also start taking care of yourself more than usual, like use sunscreen if you usually don't, use skincare products and stuff if you don't already, these also seem insignificant but it causes small pleasure buildup in your brain, and more dopamine buildup if you see results ! also when I said eat healthy I was once again not limiting you from candy, if you're sad go buy some mfing candy it gon make u js as happy. but healthy food is well, healthier LOL but if ur not up to it, candy is the choice! hydrate urself regularly as well, again don't pressure urself a lot of ppl struggle with this including myself, but to make it easier fill up ur waterbottle with water and keep it near you all time so you can drink whenever u feel like u wanna instead of getting out of bed grabbing a cup filling it with water drinking it then gojng to bed like thats too much and u prolly gonna take a snack or sum thing too if u get up js to get water !!! or atleast I do this anyway js being healthy overall in many different ways can make u stop being depressed, and make sure to also relieve your emotions regularly, and if you feel like you can't do it irl just do it online bc either way you'll gain some extent of guidance, expressing how your feeling is crucial for mental health and happiness!!!
