It’s low in chapters rn but the smut is weird in timing compared to the novel and it feels too fast for some reason, idk if that’s just me? Anyone else confused why divorce is being brought up? In this situation wouldn’t it make more sense to get closer to each other to survive the crazy emperor instead of talking about divorcing while barely having a relationship with any foundation. Off topic but I feel like the premise and the anthology detective set up would really work well as a choices matter visual novel/ point and click game and the romance aspect doesn’t really feel needed either(plus it’s kinda weird or eww ngl).
