She goes from from a child abused for seven years and having a mental breakdown at a touch to a bad ass adult with adult logic and reasoning ( inner thoughts) in a span of a week! And the dissonance between a child blabber and mature inner thoughts makes it look like she is pretending. I mean she is not aa reborn adult but an actual seven year old with severe menal and physical traumas! The author makes it feel like she just spend a bad weekend there(((

Kinda agree here, but it’s also hard for me to judge cause idk what kind of survival skills real kids can develop through extreme abuse
Pacing with the prince really throws me off tbh
It is so disgusting I nearly puked out of frustration! First he made her a social outcast and a subject of gossip and ridicule. When she got over that trauma he suddenly feels entitled to her time, devotion and love? Why should she be the one to understand, forgive and make him comfortable? After more than two years of neglect???
I don't find the princess's and ml's "regret" comical: looks more of an annoying baby tantrum to me. "Oh, we were joined at the hip all this time but we didn't mean it! Oh, boo-hoo poor us!".
None of the student councel is on fl's side. They are only worried for their buddy. And if he said "I am with the princess" they would keep ignoring her lonliness and suffering...
