I'm conflicted. I want to read about the firefighter, but I hate Grayson from other stories. Does the latter gets some sort of retribution against all his evil deeds? I don't want a sympathy story for the villain.

Grayson was never a villain, he wasn't in KML and he wasn't KMIYC. Beause there never were evil intentions behind his actions, quite the opposite. To really understand why his attempts to help someone came out like this (trauma on Chase etc.), it really helps to read this story, because you get his pov. It's not erasing what happened, but you'll understand it.

I am saddened with the fact that we have to explain this everytime. False info keep spreading and that's coz this story came out later than the others.
He does realize all the fucked up stuff he did and apologize for it, eventually near the end. Mostly because the pain Dane puts him through makes him realize oh it actually sucks to feel this bad and I have been doing this to others a lot.
Well, if Dane is going to make him grovel, that's better. That's a story I can get behind.

The whole scholarship was created for MC. They are helping other departments, so it's fine. It is the people who are making the scholarship who decide who get it.
Also, why do I think the student who MC use to tutor for will develop a crush soon.

The nurse story was cute, though.
Byul's past relationships were soured by people not believing he was conservative when it came with relationships. People only look at his exterior (flashy and extroverted) and the fact he has had many girlfriends, so he has a hard time with people listening to him or seeing him for who he really is. If Siwoo believes this is his first kiss, he would have done much more than anyone else.
And be a full family. The cats can be like their kids. Either way, it is a 10 out of 10, will make me cry again.
In my opinion, Kaizen scans seems better than the others. I liked how they translated it. Myth toons is also good, and desire scans is decent, but not as good as the others. But this was just from comparing a few panel bubbles against each other, so it could vary.
