It is so infuriating to me that complex, gritty, intense, beautiful manga like this is ranked 8.7 while plastic korean AI slop is constantly featured and getting over 9 rating! Like - BJ Alex is just as problematic as this one, and granted - it is one of the better plastic ones - but it has no business being in the top 5 - and Yours to Claim is, frankly, complete crap - how is it among 3 most popular ranked yaoi while a masterpiece like Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai is not even top 50! I get that ppl like different genres and I get brain porn, but I feel this is part of the alconsuming trend of ppl consuming cheap disposable things, and it is aggravating to me. There, I said it - now throw all your slippers at me ╮(￣▽￣)╭
honestly i feel u.....korean bls are mass produced and 80% of them are so bland with no inetresting storyline and characters ....like dont get me started on the overuse of sex in literallly every 6-7 chapters and its not even done in a way which is coherent to he story ...just for veiws ......{i know its not the truth for EVERY one of them but it is generic and MOSTLY done} . also i feel like the chemistry tropes btw the charcters are so simple and overused , its boring{like why are there so many enemies to lovers with NO ACTUAL PLAYFUL banter......and when they do become a couple , they suddenly become so boring } . and like every manhwa with rape and non-con in it goes viral and everyone simping for those rapist almost feels illegal .....like wt is happeing....mass psychosis or wt?? . anyone is free to read whtever they want but because these problmatic themes are used so frequently without any seriousness , readers are getting used to it and its so sad . korean bl authours have so much potential of writing a good story but they always give priority to the smut in the story and ....its juts disapointing ..because the charcters lose their charm when half of the time they are fucking and literaly everywhere....... . . buuutttt i found a goos story once in a while which has such complex characters "curveball and splitter" the angst ahh!!... "diamond dust"..the art is ETHEREAL "our sunny days " the family trope we need in manhwas "nerd project" ....its so good . there are others too but i just wish they were more popularised and got a good artist for the story line
