His hair isnt originally white, but it turned white after exiting the rift. He dyed his hair to look like his original hair style. You can see that in the flash-backs from when before he entered the rift.
Eventually, he gets too tired to dye it and just leaves it white for everyone to see~ but we have a long way to go until that moment comes </3
In the most recent chapter, you can see his hair strands being gray. The white hair will come back and will stay for the rest of the story onwards!
