Just finished reading and I ended up liking it a lot more than I expected. Almost gave up halfway through but I managed to continue and I'm glad I did. Also, I think this is the first time where I actually liked the second couple, too, and that I surprisingly wasn't bothered by them being introduced early on in the story. It was definitely a good read.

Maybe I'm really just evil and downright awful but even with Jintae's entire struggle being laid out in the open, I still couldn't find it in me to like him as a character. I do think that he's a character who is written greatly; however, the way that he appeared first in the story stuck with me and I've never liked him since. I can appreciate the way that he was written but also dislike him – both can be true at the same time. I decided to read the side stories because I love Dawun but I was also kind of hoping that I'd change my mind about Jintae as well but to no avail. Then again, I've also always hated asshole characters getting redemption arcs so that could've been why I can't move past Jintae's awful past actions.
this could've been a short story with just 3-5 chapters, max. or better yet, this should've just not existed in the first place. Lol
this was really cuteeeee but on one note, i wish the top had the ability to combine his 2 snakes down there into 1 like geumryang from the sacred serpent's seduction
and now *drum rolls* let us prepare ourselves for the arrival of (possibly) another RED FLAG TOP in the form of Aaron Hunter in the next chapter! (hopefully not — please no!)
also, i was kinda hoping for the chasing arc to be a bit longer but oh well, what's done is done. it just felt a little bit anticlimactic yk what i mean
the forcing of the bracelet ticked me off honestly. dropped so fast lol
idk why but it really irks me and puts a bad taste on my mouth when a story starts out with threats and/or manipulation. it makes me want to stop reading altogether — and a lot of times, i did. i'll see how this one will play out though 'cause the art style is great. i hope it's atleast decent.
this one of those manhwas where you just have to skim through without really understanding what you're reading because everything is just straight up bullshit. art style is good though and so is the smut (kind of)

stopped reading when the mf chaehyeon got forgiven so easily because, this is just me, but i would never choose to be close with someone who did nothing when his subordinate slammed my face on the table, leave me with a bruise on my forehead, didn't even reprimand said subordinate, and then just left without apologizing all while i'm innocent. (this is the second time i dropped this manhwa btw and it's always the same chapter too i believe. maybe i'll pick this back up in a year idk or maybe never. i'm just pretty sensitive and a bit petty as well lmao)
took me MONTHS to actually finish reading this which is funny cause it's a very short story BUT i just couldn't really get past Hee Hyeon spilling Ah Rim's secret to Taehun just like that. i'd understand if it was just a very small secret but it was literally his biggest one. anyways, i guess i shouldn't have made such a big fuss out of it back then (i really must hate people who can't be trusted)
