I like Genwaku no Kodou if you are looking for a long story, or Madness. Vassalord is great, but is only shounun ai
You can probably find more shounen-ai than yaoi mangas that fits all of your criteria. Are you okay with shounen-ai?
I really like Complex, it doesn't really have a lot of comedy and it's mainly drama but I guarantee it's a very good one.
