Even if it’s just a theory, those who couldn’t understand needed that to see and understand Horus x Seth couple dynamic, I expect something like that to happen especially because S2 will be more romance focused on Horus x Seth, and as you said, it is obvious in a way but not for everyone judging by how people are quick to call Horus toxic or feeling not too okay with them being the main CP.
