Because black haired girl is in love with the white haired boy that's in love with the sister, she agrees because she's jealous and a mental case. In the end, brother has to kill sister, which takes them back to a present where the sister is still alive but doesn't have suicidal thoughts yet. Because the brother was going ham and killing everyone, he doesn't have much time left to live, but decided to spend them making his sister happy.
