Tei feels so damn alone, and honestly… he really is. He’s in a foreign land with no one by his side. He has nothing, and it makes him feel like he is nothing.
For several chapters, I’ve seen people lash out at Tei because of the way he acts and thinks, but Shuraka isn’t exactly the prince of communication either. Not only did he fail to tell Tei anything about the changes and the situation in Anarta but he also left him alone on the very first night, and when he came back, he smelled like someone else and didn’t even bother to wash the fragrance off. That really didn’t sit right with me
I want spoilers, is the novel complete? Will the MC end up with someone... even after everything?

Yes. He ends up(kind of) with one of the four. There are four novels and I only read up to the second one, he never gets over his trauma. NEVER. Like it changes his whole personality. You see how his personality starts to change after they start treating him like a dog(food, collar, naked etc). First novel he doesn’t get w ML but it’s a satisfying ending(kinda). And in the second one the ML continues to have him gang raped. Sooooooo it never really ends for him. I refuse to read the manhwa so I’m not sure how different it is or where you are at atp.

The novel gets pretty miserable. The MC is strong, and throughout the novels fights against the four of them but it’s kind of useless. It’s almost like Dark Fall from what I’ve heard, but I haven’t read that one.
If we're using Dark Fall as a reference... that's pretty bad, poor MC.

He does end up with one of the four, but through the story you find out that he isn't really one of them. Though, technically Hugh is the ringleader and the other two are brainwashed and ML is being tortured too.

Jerome isn’t really one of them tbh. He was actually a victim of Hugh when he was 14, the only reasons why he went along with Hugh was because of his survival. He was getting raped by man and woman when he was young. The fact that the author confirmed that Jerome is the most sane out of all 4 boys.
