Im really enjoying this masterpiece, i really would like to start something similar to it (story about saving the world or anything else so the focus is not mainly on the characters however there is some BL relationships coming as the story goes on) any recommendations?

I second this. Death delayed for a short time because of the will is a must read. Prepare some tissues, because it will make you ugly cry
