So I dropped this at like Chapter 79-80 or something to let it marinate. But then I just came back now for Chapter 90. AND THERE’S NOT MUCH PROGRESS. You would think that reading it with more succession would make the story feel less dragging. But omg no. Nothing much happened. Tbf to the creator, I think they know what they’re doing, but they just don’t know how to execute. Honestly, the timeskip in general already felt like a bit of a cop out. Season 1 and 2 were good so this is really becoming disappointing.

I literally cannot breathe. This is so perfect. I’ve been reading this manga ever since it had just 6-8 chapters. And it’s been so amazing start to finish. Truly a piece of literature and a top tier manhwa. I just wished bato still existed because I know we would’ve had a great time in the comments section together.

These are the kind of stories that I don’t mind hurting for. Not the ones where you’re left frustrated bc of the noncon/grapes and toxic characters. It’s a different kind of hurt when it’s something so profound and moving.
NOW THIS IS A GOOD WELL-ROUNDED STORY! In comparison to Jinx that also ended the same time, this is really such a good piece of work. Character development, logical sequence of events, balance of good art and good writing—it’s all so good!
Honestly, I really don’t like amnesia tropes/arcs because it’s rarely executed right. I would’ve been fine with it if it made sense for the story/characters. But come on, these are side stories, where things are supposed to be less stressful and high stakes than the main story. I don’t understand why we had to go this route. I’m really disappointed with this creator/this production. I feel like either the author was bored and desparate or their editors aren’t doing a good job in steering the story to a better direction. Like what purpose is this amnesia serving? I don’t think it’s justified jfc. Everyone is just suffering, especially the kids!
