The Author of the manga announced on her Twitter that she was going on hiatus until "further notice" It's sometimes hard translate her tweets but from what I gathered, she's super upset at the illegal translations and sharing …. and some other issues and has put out everything on pause.
So...it's kind of a wait and see. But as of right now it is on a HARD hiatus. No one is updating English or Japanese
