Not only is every chapter extremely short but it’s also filled with really unnecessary filler like the flashback scene didn’t need to be that long and they definitely could’ve had the talk in this chapter.

I don't think there's any full translation there's one on novel updates but it only goes up to the purification arc and then stops and we're past that part now soooooooo...
iirc There's one on a translations discord group, up to Vol 3 completely translated.
