it's really disappointing how many authors can't seem to portray a tense, "enemies to lovers" dynamic without resorting to deadass r4pe.
ok tbh i thought Jaekyung was going to have a bigger reaction, and the fact he is suspicious of Dan isn't that strange either. He's not aware of his feelings, so for all he knows Dan's loyalty is only granted by the money he gives him. If we add the fact that he saw him with the other team's coach, and the possibility of there being a spy...it'd kinda make sense. (he's still a piece of trash and I wish Dan could just leave )

no matter how you look at it, this side story is disturbing. using rape for "comedy's sake", or pushing the narrative "if he didn't really want it he would stop it" is disgusting. think imma drop it.
the story has been bent so unnaturally towards this ending that i don't think I'll be able to enjoy it. It's clear that the artist had a change of heart upon hearing so many critics, and it's good that Jooin won't end up with Yahwi, but at this point I don't want him to end up with anyone, really. Creating a mc so widely disliked is a failure as a storyteller itself.
Jooin don't be shy bb, just say you'd rather be with that toxic piece of trash and let Cain find someone who actually cares about him :))
