He was so obviously crazy from the start feel like some people who read yaoi just don’t pic up on stuff quick enough then are shocked when it takes the dark turn but it was hinted at multiple times
I think people are more shocked by how ABRUPT it was. before it was a slow buildup, and you would expect something to pop off but it felt like going from 0 to 80 to 300mph with how much of a jump we went to the full out kidnapping.
