The main story has a bad ending, while the "IF" story has an open ending that actually leans more towards a good ending; the "IF" story begins at Chapter 26 , if you want to try to read it.

I lowk only reccomend reading only the side story the IF, but you can read few of the main chapters but it's lowk just filled wit rape n stuff like that and the side story, its really amazing id say the ending is bitter sweet but it's a good ending and it makes u cry in a good way. I never had anything like this and nothing will ever make my butt tingle like this again. I think you should read this its so cute like they so cute bro like I was hooked on this shit bro like its amazing, I think youll love the ending since for me I liked it because it shows how deep their relationship and how much it progressed and just immaculate and made me realize just how much they would do for each other. The side story is lowk cute imo and it has cute moments id say, I think it was funny in some parts too and I love how they react and show how they care for each other.

i dont rlly like the main story, like I think its only best to read few of the chapters jst to know whats going on but for me it was like a changed experience since I originally didnt had high hopes since I had saw this from a edit and I want to read and when I saw what wad happening I didnt hsd much high expectations lol but.. when It came to the side story.. it ws so dann good, with how beautiful it was written and how I didnt expect for it to turn out like that. I skipped most of the msin story chapters tho that I didnt wanna see the rape n stuff like that but I recccomend reading it! I dont think it may affect your mental health as much for me I think it made me rlly happy and that im grateful that I read something thst was so amazing.
