Read this one years ago and it made me mad. I forgot why and skimmed thru it and remembered: Satoi was a emotionally manipulative pos! it's been years and the comments supporting him are so baffling saying Satoi deserves better but does he tho? in ch 9 hes upset and annoyed at Soutarou so he sexually assaults him theres no defending him after that.

sure, soutarou can be frustrating and miscommunication is annoying but there's no excuse for all Satoi did. what's worse was that Soutarou was afraid of facing Satoi with his worries and he was right to be! instead of being a tiny bit reassuring, Satoi belittles and mocks Soutarou and SAs him. Ofc Satoi feels justified with his actions gross and Soutarou blames himself for what happened, yikes.

Then the next morning Soutarou is motivated to be more straightforward and "confident." smdh the life lesson/character development in this is so gd backwards. you can't shame, guilt, and scare someone to have self respect and self confidence. and I know if Soutarou really had he woulved knee'd Satoi in the groin right there and dumped his ass! (╬￣皿￣)凸

The chapters are short and slow to update, and it feels like their relationship is goin backwards but DAMN my interest is piqued by their dynamic! （/TДT)/

male leads that regret treating their significant others like shit, ignoring them, rejecting them, etc. 

dont your heart just clenches hard and your lungs cease to exist whenever you read a character that regrets letting go their significant other? that realization of wanting to be with them but they're already far away? that horror in their faces when they realize that them moving on means they'll be with someone else instead? their anxiety rising while thinking, "what if i am too late?"

This one had me going cuz by the end I felt like I enjoyed it, but after thinking it over, I found myself really disliking this. A LOT.

The SA (like always) was uncalled for but the way they addressed it was SO OFF! Like Mizuki was basically upset at Murakami for making him FEEL like a rapist... When he is one!? To hell with Mizuki's self-victimizing, rapey, backwards ass!!! AND he had the nerve to say he'd sue Murakami, who he SA'd, for sexual harrassment. Idc if he was joking or not that shit pissed me off!! And to top it off, Murakami catches feelings despite this behavior bcuz: yaoi logic. The lack of self-awareness in this hurts my head y'all. ╥﹏╥

It's a real shame cuz I liked their dynamic and this had the potential to be a pretty sweet office romance. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
