It's not impossible, it's just you lack social skills, if you improve them, they can pretty much be improved, then you should try improving them, it would help you shoot your shot
I think being a part of groups, social gathering, or getting a job that requires social interactions with either colleagues or customers can improve your social skills.
As for the chopped part, nobody is chopped. You are beautiful and someone out there is gonna be head over heels for you
Tho its important to lose that mindset, and gain some confidence by first respecting yourself and treating yourself better, and maybe try different styles until you find something that fits you and you fell confident in
