In the raws I saw that in the latest chapter Athy spits blood and smth goes wrong with her heart when she touched blackie while wearing ornament accessory given to her by Jennette I think. Not sure who exactly was it but they made smth with magic there. It was an attempt to murder Athy... (at least that how it looked like. might be a bit different as I do not understand korean)

it's because Blackie reacted to Janet's black magic by being patted by her. Athy's ribbon resonated and there was a disturbance between Athy Magic and Jean's magic.That's why Athy vomited blood. Remember when Jeanet gave back Athy ribbon at debutant party. She wasn't feeling uneasy. Thanks to Lucas who cleaned Athy heart from Janet's black powers
