No, you'll be fine. You aren't seeing anything yet because so far things are being returned based on what year you joined, so accounts like mine that was made in 2014 and 2015 are slowly getting stuff back and it will continue to go up from there. Just give it a week, their reading list system is HUGE so it will take time for everything to fully reboot for every user after a complete shutdown. This is all temporary .

do you know if lists also will return when someone pressed "only visible for myself", i did this for every title in my read, want and reading section, since you're a long time user i thought i'd ask, i've made a post about this aswell but haven't gotten an answer yet

No, you will be fine. That feature won't determine if you get your lists back or not. If you need more concrete evidence here's two clues you can check yourself, this is how I figured out my list will return the last time this happened (and they did, not all at once, but over the course of a few days):

The star ratings and tags. If you gave some of your mangas a star rating when you added it to the list the star rating should still be there meaning the system still has it saved it just needs time to fully show it. Another indication is tags, if you added mangas to lists with a tag, those tags should also still be visible, meaning, again mangago still has your lists somewhere it's just not available right now but not lost. These are two ways to know that your lists are still there and have a chance of returning, it's just that managago system needs time.

hi! omg, thank you so much for your answer, you don't know how much your post has eased my worries! i didn't rank any titles, but i did tag a few, and yes, my tags are there under the want, read or even reading list. thank you again, it really does ease my worries that older users like you have been through something like this and all of the lists eventually returned. all that we can do now is be patient and wait. i can't thank you enough, seriously ^^

You're welcome! So glad I could give you some reassurance. I know this is a really tough situation, losing lists when you had no idea it could happen is a HUGE shock to the system especially after a shutdown where you think the entire site might be lost, but just hold on for a little longer. Things will return to normal soon

By my own concern is that I put tags on all of my books(aka the last chapter I read or how many chapters they are currently, or if its in Hiatus) i hope that also comes back so far the tags there's nothing
