this is like, one of my fave mangas! It's so brutal bc literally one of the last things my father said to me is that people change for the negative all the time... not every change to myself will be good, I possibly won't be okay in the future, and there is no point in obsessing over how I'm not the person I was bc I'll never be that person again.
