The bonus chapters are really bad. They come across as friends living together—literally, the uke is super cold and indifferent, and it’s not until chapter 6 that he shows any interest. It was really awkward to watch; there’s zero chemistry, and on top of that, the author drew them looking very stoic—their faces have no expression at all, and it looks awful
I think the FL handled it really well—she’s great at debating and countering objections. Besides, it’s obvious the whole thing was set up by the prince; there’s no way they’d treat a duchess who has so much more power than them that way! I hope Rubellian does something to support her, too! (〜￣△￣)〜
