hate it when someone says "mc ends up with 2nd ml" do you understand what you are typing...? like... if mc ends up with him then he'd be the 1st ml... 2nd ml is called 2nd because mc don't end up with him

    RAREINSIGHTS March 15, 2025 2:36 pm

    It means cuz that second guy comes later so he is second lead first person involved with mc first so he considers as second lead it mostly says on those places where people are uncertain of endings.

    Mioro March 15, 2025 2:43 pm

    Everytime people ask for that I never answer bc of this
    Like there are stories where the MC is already in loved with someone and then this other guy comes into the story in the first 5 chapters so he's TECHNICALLY the 2nd lead bc he came later BUT also he's clearly the ML since he has more relationship than the unrequited love with the other character. So idk if it counts or not

    i think people should stop saying MAIN LEAD when there's a love triangle, is first lead and second lead

    Doesn’t ML = male lead not main lead?

    I have only see people saying "main" like
    MC = Main character
    ML= Main lead
    At least in BL, I know that with straight stories they use FL as Female Lead

    i meant male lead when i said ml

    Fujoshi for Fluff only March 15, 2025 6:10 pm

    Not really. The environment and the plot points given matter. And we say 2nd ML because they're neevr really given equal chance and opportunity as mc is always in love with ml1 first.

    no. anywhere you search, 2nd male lead means the male lead who don't end up with mc. i dont make the rules bruh

    Sorry I don't agree. When we say 2nd ML ended up with Heroine , that means it was that unexpected. When one ends up with endgame he is called male lead not 1 or 2.

some ppl still dont understand the difference between chasing arc and redemption arc and its ICKING me. chasing is when its a one sided love situation, redemption arc is when shit ml tries to get mc back

    jigus juicy tits in my mouth March 11, 2025 4:30 pm

    "In narrative, a "chasing arc" typically involves a character pursuing a goal or objective, while a "redemption arc" focuses on a character's journey from wrongdoing to becoming a better person, often making amends for past actions." - google
