I understand the backstory and it's very much relevant to the story. I get it. But seriously, the pacing is way too slow. 102 chapters and still no momentum?
I still like the story, the vision. But I can see myself loosing interest.

Yeah like those things you see in manhwa, i mean you can that it's obvious the baby looks exactly like the seme yet he would still think it's someone else's child... bruhh.. I would think otherwise if the baby is a carbon copy of the uke that would be quite hard to guess
