not to be a hater but I felt like this story was missing so much. even a basic plot like this can be done in a riveting way, and it just wasn’t. there was zero emotional depth. art was promising but this was basically just nonstop smut that was intended to be hot but the backstory was underdeveloped and lacked the nuance and pining and anticipation that would make it actually hot and therefore genuinely satisfying to read. it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever read but it’s kind of “go on girl, give us nothing!!”
