There has to be a sci-fi element for why they’re both clones and why people suddenly stopped dying and coming back to life as zombies (like the pediatric patient who literally just died but woke up screaming).
I hope the author will have enough chapters to tie up the details given so far like why Teach kept attempting to kill Guwon in his sleep and why Teach’s dad tried killing teach too. I wonder if Teach was experimented on while he used to be in the hospital a lot (if I’m remembering correctly).
I think it’s more mythical than anything and is similar to the original tale of Sisyphus you should look at the previous comments!

I'm not going to outright deny the chance of there being Sci-Fi elements, but it definitely seems more fantasy or mythos, especially with the constant connections to Guwon and the Moon.
