A character mentioned that to kill their world’s zombies, you have to remove their head. Guwon has those Frankenstein’s Monster stitches around his neck. He also told Teach how he doesn’t drink so that he can keep a clear head. I’m probably forgetting details, but I wonder if him needing to “keep a clear head” isn’t just because that was before Teach convinced him to start sleeping and is partially so that he doesn’t switch into “full” zombie mode while drunk.
Guwon falls in love for the 1st and doesn’t know how to act it’s so cute. He’s putting an even worst target on Teach’s back though ┗( T﹏T )┛
Some might say it’s semantics but I get what’s stressing Garam. Experiencing homophobia at such a young age via being beat up by his ex’s mom as a high schooler!! after his ex lied about him being assaulted by Garam and then his own mom somewhat icing him out after he came out to her has left him deeply traumatized and tangibly without a support system.
Jaehyuk doing all of these things *for* him is scary because, I imagine, he’s worried about Jaehyuk coming to resent him for “losing out” on all of those opportunities. Garam’s ex literally sliced Jaehyuk’s eyebrow while trying to blame Garam still for how their relationship fell apart.
I wish Garam realized that, in Jaehyuk’s mind, Jaehyuk isn’t so much as doing all of this for *him* (except for the quitting the modeling job, that was definitely to appease Garam) as Jaehyuk is doing all of this for Jaehyuk’s own desire to showcase and act on his love for Garam.
I hate how Garam thinks Jaehyuk “giving up” things for him is a sign of their relationship being a loss for Jaehyuk when really, Jaehyuk being in love with Garam is having him being considerate for the first time in his rich boy life.
It’s funny seeing Dooshik from someone else’s perspective, because in this comic he just looks like some guy art wise (⌒▽⌒)

Are the second couple meant to be a foil of the first couple? Seeing how much faster each of the second couple come to term with their feelings (even if they don't initially share them) and also were way quicker at saying what they were thinking (even if it didn't need to be said lol) than the 1st couple who regularly created conflict from not saying what they thought and suppressing their feelings?

Obviously, with how his dad kept beating on him and then a fire, I knew whatever caused his nightmare would be bad but not this bad wth. I was happy he reconciled with his grandma but now I’m mad at that old lady. Your son was chipping away at your grandson’s bones for how long, his mother tries to burn him alive, and you have beef with your grandson? The main victim of all this shit? （￣へ￣）
I feel like Jaehyuk's mom is so protective and aggressive about how Jaehyuk spends his dad's money even though his dad seems chill about it because she came from money and he was poor/low income, sort of like Jaehyuk's current dynamic with Garam.
I remember the chapter where his dad was talking about how much Jaehyuk is like his mom by bringing up when she got in trouble for giving Jaehyuk's dad really expensive meat after Jaehyuk's dad told her that he'd never eaten it before. She'll probably (eventually) really love how hard working Garam is and how he makes Jaehyuk act more down to earth.
Chapter 11 – just looked it up right now – Guwon asked Teach/Jinwoo if he could take him (Teach) on a walk, and Teach repeats what Guwon said kind of taken aback because (in Teach's words) "That sounds like something you'd say to a dog...Should I point that out later, or just let it slide" before agreeing. I thought this was another case of the author trying to hint how Guwon's a "fish out of water"/Frankenstein's Monster type deal, but it tracks with what the doctor said in this latest chapter, about Guwon seeing them all as "livestock" （/TДT)/
Still think Guwon is some sort of science experiment and kind of wondering if the hounds are sort of similar from how the doctor (who's sus af) described them as super strong? Also wondering if Guwon (who's name means savior) was named that by them or some unknown scientists. Also went back to the prologue where Guwon did kill somebody who I thought was a robber, but now I'm wondering if it was actually Teach's dad who was trying to kill Teach. The character was saying he'd give Teach a "Painless death" before Guwom beat him dead (〜￣△￣)〜

People dragging Guwon for killing that man when the crowd is most culpable in my opinion. The author's been dropping hints that he's some "born today" Frankestein type of being who only knows what's left and right based on whoever crudely brought him to life whereas those grown adults had no mercy for a sick child and his parent.
