he will get the short end of the stick. disappointed, but not surprised. it's like everyone is forcing hyesung to just forgive and forget, when it's not his personality to be like that. lmao i'll take his og crash out, over being a cookie cutter forgiving saint... crossing my toes he stands his ground because this part pf his story is what made him hyesung the crash out king he is ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
good open ending! if you like dark stories with heavy psychological undertones, this shit is for you. the twins represents two sides of coercion, both not morally right, but it helped junsu to developed some survival decision making down the line. it also added a nice touch that we will never know what really happened to the three of them, which makes it up to the readers whether they go for the realistic or idealistic ending. also props for making it cohesive despite the panel limitations, not everything needs to be explained 1:1 ratio, but this whole read is not confusing at all. we got enough backstory, development, climax and open conclusion. all in all highly suggest to read this if you want a quick dark mindfock kind of story (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
idk why the audience are crying and calling the seme an asshole? they're not in a loving relationship, this is literally fwb that both people started catching feelings with each other. it's not like their relationship was established through love in the first place. i mean he is a playboy, but at least he's decent enough to treat uke properly and not a doormat. this is like a healthy version of fwb. lmao
Dojin is and was still a piece of shit, always ignoring Hyesung's boundaries. Istg if Hyesung is forced to forgive his mother (the person who abandoned her and one of the reason why his life was a mess), i think the author's moral compass is broken or something. And if people thinks he's obligated to forgive his mother because they're family, then think again she's clearly taking advantage of Hyesung's newfound family. Mother's love my ass ... I hope Hyesung crashes out so hard he runs away again and leave this shit show. I will never see Dojin in a good light... EVER lol
Yes I fucking agree wy cause why the fuck are you visiting the person who abandoned me then want to be present in my life now I'm grown and successful?? Dojin is such a bs for that. If dojin's excuse for this was he wants hyesung to have a mom in his life, that's just full of shit reason. He disrespected hyesung's choice so fuck him.
the webtoon version is really satisfying like the novel, but the more we're closing to the end. the more it reminds me of how unsatisfying the last parts and bonus chapters of the novel. it's still a good read, but don't expect too much. also for those who forgot, lee hajin is slowly forgetting who he is, to make it simple his memories are fading and he's becoming more and more of lee sihyeon instead of lee hajin. that's why his gangster vibe is really not going to appear as much as people are expecting him to be. he is finally experiencing what it's like to be a normal human with feelings, this arc is pretty fun and i guess more people will like him more (i hope so). but the plot is gonna be so-so going forward just a heads up. i suggest to focus on enjoying on lee hajin/sihyeon's growth rather than the plot so you won't be disappointed going forward. :)
there's already 71 chapters in raw and if you think Ahjin is going to get any break. the answer is no literally 10 chapters onward will be just him suffering and the next 10 is i don't wanna spoil because it solidifies how traumatized Ahjin is.

Ahjin will get kidnapped and his fingers will get chopped off. Seokju will be shot and then after that there's some regression and kinda like a new life arc, but Ahjin gets flashes of memories from Seokju's abuse. Seokju really aims to treat Ahjin better, but he's really not the best with words. I think he's still a piece of shit. Ahjin kinda forgives him, not really because he cannot really remember stuff. ╥﹏╥
i think a lot will be disappointed with the future chapters. ahjin is basically a doormat even until the recent raws. can't even blame him because he really didn't get any break from ml after being wrongfully accused. ml is getting free pass despite what he did to ahjin. basically don't expect anything but trash from ml. he's so shitty and kept doubting ahjin for like many chapters ahead. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
idk if it's just me, but i'm getting kind of pissed off with seongjoo. i'm trying to like this one because people sung praises about how good the story is. but 20 chapters in and seongjoo is just so insufferable. the story premise is good, but the characters feels either hollow or too hard to connect with. hopefully this will get better as i read further, but for a slow burn the characters are not giving it justice or maybe i just don't like how wishy washy both mc and ml. and maybe i'm hyper critical with this one because i like the premise of the story, but the mc is tiring the shit out of me. ╥﹏╥
i totally agree! Maybe if we get both perspective simultaneously we'd get it, but as of now im not sure why Seongjoo is so demanding when both parties haven't even stated what they are, and when he goes "maybe it's best not to label it" he goes and gets pissed??? I was actually relieved when that chimney friend of his actually pointed out that maybe he should actually confess and not be so roundabout it
(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 anyway, im glad we're about to reach past their personal drama with some plot development (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
i just caught up to the latest chapter and sadly his personality is bland as hell. can't believe 38 chapters and his whole personality is just revolving around his crush on muheon. i think reading this after reading honbul and muryeong's story is like making me feel more disappointed. as much i don't like comparing, those two did way better in terms of having well fleshed out characters. though ngl muheon's premise is just too good to drop ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ i hope the upcoming chapters will finally give us some character development. because this is the first time in awhile i wished a story didn't focus too much in romance and be a slow burn at the same time....
That is so true! I actually came from reading Muryeong's story, waiting for the update for that i thought i'd venture into reading this, im like what happened with Seongjoo?? He seemed a reliable person when he was younger ( ̄へ ̄)now he's just stuck in limbo with his thoughts, i do hope with the recent turn of events he'd have some sort of maturity arc or something if not can we please just have Muheon's perspective instead puhleasee cause while reading i've just been speeding through his inner monologues ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Everything about this adaptation is a masterpiece! The storyline is such a breath of fresh air from all the typical dark BL romance that are main stream nowadays. It's sad that this one will never be as popular as those, but I commend you if you find this gem of a story. Please support the author on the official sites if you can as I saw how much they poured their entire soul on this work. took them almost 5 years to finish both the novel and manhwa adaptation. Spread the Reunion love and let us all find this kind of love in our life. Merry Holidays everyone!
